Study of the Technological Possibilities for Pulsed Electron-Beam Welding of Sheet Materials,
Abstract
The article presents the research data on the technological and thermal characteristics of the pulsed electron-beam. Shown is the effect of the electron-beam parameters on its penetrative ability and forming of the welds. It is shown that the pulsed introduction of heat broadens the technological possibilities of the electron-beam welding process considerably. (Author)
