Simulation of T-28 Aircraft.
Abstract
The report presents a description and documentation of the Computer Laboratory - Code 54P - effort in the T-28 simulation program used in the activation of the Point Light Source visual system. The system configuration, including detailed descriptions of interconnections and peripheral equipment design are presented. Problems encountered in integrating the computer into the overall system complex are described. The details of programming and equation mechanization are discussed, expecially in areas where computational difficulties exist due to inherent constraints in the analog computer and visual display systems respectively. Analysis of experimental data is discussed and comparisons are made between the simulated version of the T-28 and its real world counterpart. (Author)
