Cruise Report: R/V CHAIN 107, 22 October-10 November 1972

Abstract

CHAIN 107 carried out mooring work from 22 October to 10 November 1972. Eight moorings, set on previous cruises, were retrieved, two five-month moorings set, and four moorings were set and retrieved before the end of the cruise to perform an experiment for MIT. Work was done in the areas of the Continental Slope, Sites D, D1, L, and the MODE Site (all in the western North Atlantic).
