The Black in Gray--Can West Point Attract the Black

Abstract

One of the basic recruiting problems of the U. S. Military Academy today is attracting qualified minority group candidates for attendance. The purpose of this study is to examine the problem of black recruitment for West Point and to recommend solutions.
