The report describes a method for evaluation of overhead cover kit operational and functional performance characteristics. It identifies supporting tests, facilities, and equipment required, provides procedures for preoperational inspection, physical characteristics, safety, personnel training, ease of employment, functional suitability, portability, human factors, and value analysis.
