Tunnel Diode Phase Shifter,

Abstract

The tunnel diode phase shifter, containing a shaper, a differentiating circuit, separating diodes and two triggers differs from others in that the tunnel diode triggers are switched on with respect to direct current in such a manner that each of them is a part of the load of the other. This is done to simplify design and to provide stable phase shift between the output voltages. (Author)
