A Model for Forecasting Operation and Maintenance, Army (OMA) Fund Requirements for U. S. Army Combat Developments Command,

Abstract

The purpose of the paper was to develop a model for forecasting Operation and Maintenance (OMA) fund requirements for U. S. Army Combat Developments Command (CDC). Through the use of regression techniques, a demand relationship for labor intensive CDC outputs was estimated. Having ascertained the product demand relation, an equation was developed to determine the OMA funds required to meet the demand. (Author)
