Ketoximes Acetates, Substrates for Cholinesterase.
Abstract
The principal purposes of the research twofold: To gain information on the kinetic specificity and selectivity of the enzyme; and To widen the range of spectrophotometrically useful substrates for application in studies of the properties of the enzyme. The report represents an extension of this work.
