Abstract
The report summarizes the discussions in a meeting held at the U. S. Army Engineer Waterways Experiment Station on 22 June 1971 to review the progress of the Seismic Propagation Study and to afford an opportunity for comments and recommendations for future work. Information is presented on subjects as follows: theoretical studies; objectives, avenues of approach and relations to other sensor studies; environmental data of the seismic sensor system; seismic response measurements and results; instrumentation display and demonstration; and empirical studies.
