Study of the Flow Ahead of the Cascade in Plane Supersonic Flow,
Abstract
The author indicates the fact that cascades, under the condition where the gas flow ahead of them is at a supersonic speed, cannot be studied in the same way as cascades where the gas flow ahead is at a subsonic speed. It is shown how the necessary data on the flow ahead of the cascade can be found without resorting to detailed measurements. (Author)
