Investigation of Portland Blast-Furnace Slag Cements.
Abstract
The investigation was intended to develop information on the properties and performance of samples representing the product of all mills known to be making portland blast-furnace slag cement in June 1955 and to determine what additional specification requirements would be required, if any, to permit portland blast-furnace slag cement to be substituted for type 2 portland cement in Corps of Engineers concrete construction.
