Development of a Video System for Rapid Generation of Learning Sequences.

Abstract

The objective of the program was to develop and evaluate an improved portable video system for use as an instructional software design tool. The initial system was designed for use by personnel engaged in research and development in training techniques. It greatly increased the effectiveness and reduced the cost of producing experimental audio-visual materials (e.g. slides, movies, etc.) by providing increased flexibility in scripting, editing, and content review prior to hard copy and permanent recording.
