Abstract

Effect of charge carrier heating on the volt-ampere characteristics (VAC) of thermoelectric indicators with the electron-electron transits of a small area is examined. Computation of the VAC and of the device resistance is presented, taking into account carrier heating in the small signal mode. Results of the experimental investigation of the thermoelectric indicators VAC are presented. (Author)
