Leadership Experience and Leadership Training. Some New Answers to an Old Problem.

Abstract

The paper reviews recent studies which show that one must interpret leadership training and experience as increasing the situational favorableness, and that the effect of training and experience will, therefore, have beneficial effects for some leaders but detrimental effects for others.
