Mobile, Electric-Power Source Requirements Study

Abstract

The study addresses the problem of identifying future requirements for mobile electric power sources, establishing measures of effectiveness for evaluating design goal attainment, and evaluating alternative approaches for attaining the requirements objectives. The study is based upon judgment and logic with some numerical data and analysis.
