Biologic Data Analysis.

Abstract

The report covers the analysis and programming services supplied by the originator on research activities for the Naval Dental Research Institute. Seven principal research activities which utilized the Digital Equipment Corporation PDP - 12A computer as a fundamental tool and aid to research are included: Analysis of prophorescence spectra of tissues; analysis of histopathologic data from scanning electron microscopy with an electron probe; analysis of microbiologic data of cariogenic agents; analysis of light scattering photometric data; automatic word recognition system; development of an automated dental health interviewer for history recording; control of an automated system for calcium and fluoride determination in enamel biopsies.
