Abstract

The report is a further extension of nonlinear programming to Banach spaces, and succeeds Report AFOSR-H No. 2. It generalizes the results of Hanson and Mond in continuous -time nonlinear programming of production-inventory control. Existence and duality theorems are established. (Author)
