A Stochastic Network to Model Air Cargo Terminals

Abstract

Bottlenecks of the material handling operation of an air cargo terminal are investigated by the stochastic network method of GERT IIIQ. The relationship of the GERTS IIIQ network model to construction specification is discussed. Operations bottlenecks are identified and corrected through modification of facility constraints.
