Abstract

The report describes the operation, evaluation, and improvement of the Tonto Forest Seismological Observatory (TFSO) located near Payson, Arizona, research and test functions carried out at the TFSO, and research and development tasks performed by the Garland, Texas, staff using TFSO data.
