Transport Measurements in the Stratosphere,

Abstract

The objective of the study is to determine the atmospheric transport processes in the 15-30 km altitude region where SST emission products are deposited. The experiments are designed to provide simultaneous measurements of temperature, wind velocities and ozone concentration. The eddy diffusion coefficient will be estimated independently from wind shear fluctuations, photographic trail image density fluctuations, and temperature fluctuations. (Author Modified Abstract)
