Heat and Mass Transfer with Chemical Transformations in a Reacting Boundary Layer,

Abstract

In the investigation of heat and mass transfer with phase and chemical transformations, homogeneous reactions are assumed to occur both in the well-defined reaction zone and in a region close to the surface of a porous body. Ethyl alcohol or hexane was used as the injectant supplied through the porous wall of the body. Diffusional combustion is one of the assumptions in this study. (Author)
