Abstract

The report describes a method for evaluation of rocket and missile system characteristics relative to emplacement, action, and march order. Identifies supporting test, facilities, equipment required. Provides procedures for site preparation, emplacement, preparation for action, march order, safety, selection of test personnel, site selection, environmental tests, new equipment training, human factors and analytical plan. Applicable to ballistic, guided, and target missiles, guided missile systems electronic ancillary equipment, and associated ground support equipment.
