Heat Treatment of Food Products in Packets of Polymer Materials (Termicheskaya Obrabotka Pishchevykh Produktov v Paketakh iz Polimernaykh Materialov)

Abstract

Heat treatment of food products packed in packets made of materials like dacron-polyethylene (produced in USSR) and Khostafan-PE, Melineks-PE and Mailar-PE (imported from W. Germany, England and U.S.A. respectively) were investigated. Results of experiments on the preservation of food products in such packets are described. (Author)
