Measurement of Background Noise in the Water at the Wolf Trap Range.

Abstract

The background data presented in the report are part of a general study of background noises to be used in acoustic mine design. These data are also useful in determining the amount of background interference encountered in the measurement of ships' fields at Wolf Trap.
