Abstract
The goal of this document is to provide information on the broad subject of the testing of military infrared systems and the design and calibration of infrared test equipment. It is intended for use primarily by management and project engineering level personnel. Emphasis is placed on the first-order elements of each of several aspects of military infrared test programs.
