Abstract

The report, prepared by the Committee on Channel Stabilization and its consultants, for the U. S. Army Engineer District, Alaska, presents the requested opinions of the Committee concerning channel stabilization problems involved in evaluating the several alternate plans for regulating the Chena and Tanana Rivers to provide protection for the City of Fairbanks, Alaska, from floods.
