A Random Measure Model for the Emission of Pollutants by Vehicles on a Highway.

Abstract

The report develops and proves a mathematical theorem for the prediction of air pollution emissions by vehicles on highways. The theorem assumes the velocity of each vehicle to be independent of the velocities of the other vehicles.
