Assessment of the U. S. Army Project Transition Program.

Abstract

The study evaluates the effectiveness of PROJECT TRANSITION and develops recommendations for improvement. PROJECT TRANSITION is concerned with assisting military personnel to make an effective transition into civil life following discharge from the service. The program concentrates upon training the soldier in a marketable civilian skill prior to separation from the service. (Author)
