The Role of Electrical Forces in the Development and Dissipation of Clouds and Fogs.

Abstract

The report is concerned with the work on the influence of electric forces upon the collection efficiency of water drops which fall through clouds of smaller droplets. A brief note of another research topic undertaken during the contract year is concerned with the effect of collisions and evaporation of raindrops below cloud base upon the resultant spectrum and its radar echo intensity.
