Abstract
The report contains new data on modulus and attenuation at elevated temperatures. It also contains theoretical calculations pertaining thereto. Specific topics discussed include the following: Measurements on remendur to 1000C; Corrections for spurious echoes in wire experiments; Forming graphite specimens for thin-wire ultrasonic measurements; Fourier spectrum analysis and synthesis of pulses.
