Army Physicians' Attitudes Toward the Problem-Oriented Medical Record.

Abstract

The study was designed to uncover physician's attitudes towards a new system of medical records, called problem oriented medical record (POMR). A questionnaire was distributed to all physicians in the Department of Medicine, Brooke General Hospital, early in their experience with the system, and again several months later with a view of detecting any changes in attitudes.
