Abstract

The correspondence principle for vibration of viscoelastic bodies is specialized to the case of small loss tangents resulting in considerable simplification. The present principle facilitates analytical solution of viscoelastic vibration problems and permits easy numerical solution of viscoelastic vibration problems. (Author-PL)
