Attachment for the Ink Recording of Vectorgrams (Hodograph)(Pristavka dlya Chernilnoi Registratsii Vektorogramm (Godograph)),

Abstract

In recent times, many investigators are increasingly resorting to the recording of vector curves or vectorgrams of different processes. The vector approach is not only a recording method, but simultaneously an analysis method. The authors have designed and constructed an attachment (Hodograph) for the direct recording of vectorgrams (ink) on a sheet of paper. This attachment is a separate instrument that can be connected to a device or instrument used to record physiologic process in the form of a vector curve, while retaining the possibility of a simultaneous and parallel, standard graphic recording of two continuous curves. The attachment consists of three basic parts: a recorder (ink), a two-channel DC amplifier, and a time marker.
