AFWL Technical Objective Number 3: Civil Engineering RDT and E

Abstract

The Air Force Technical Objective Document Program describes technical planning objectives to be attained for the future operational needs of the Air Force. The primary purposes of the TODs are to provide planning information for independent research and development programs, improve the quality of the unsolicited proposals and R and D procurements, and encourage face-to-face discussions between nongovernment scientists and engineers and their Air Force counterparts. The report briefly discusses this and also gives information on the Air Force Weapons Laboratory mission.
