Conference on the EOQC at Moscow (15th) (Konferentsiya EOKK v Moskve (XV)),

Abstract

The XV Conference of the EOQC scheduled to meet in Moscow in June 1971 is viewed here as a showcase for Soviet achievements in quality control and as a means for expanding Soviet knowledge in this field through the use of extensive nationwide standardization and is largely based on a system of qualimetry-a system using quantative indicators for quality control. Experiments using similar systems are currently underway in a number of other countries including the United States, France and West Germany. The purpose of this conference is to discuss the application of standardization and qualimetry on an international basis and to exchange information on other aspects of quality control. (Author)
