Complementary Representations and the Solution of Mixed Boundary-Value Problems in Potential Theory.

Abstract

The theory of complementary integral representations of potential functions is developed in cylindrical polar, spherical polar, toroidal and dipolar coordinates. The representations are applied to the solution of various mixed boundary-value problems in potential theory. (Author)
