High Frequency and Power Gridistor Development.

Abstract

The report gives a general description of the research work performed to realize a high frequency and power gridistor delivering an output power of 20 W at 500 MHz, the gridistor being a junction-gate field effect device with a multiple channel vertical channel structure.
