Electrostatic Generator Number 202290,

Abstract

In the familiar electrostatic generator (having a completely cylindrical dielectric rotor, semiconducting stator, inductors, ionizers, electrostatic driver and housing), the driver appears in the form of a separate mechanism at the lower end of the shaft and flange, vertical to the fixed electric motor. In the proposed system, to increase reliability and simplicity in design, the rotor of the driver is run in concert with the generator's rotor shaft and is situated coaxially with it. The inductors and ionizers for the generator-driver are placed in the walls of the groove at the bottom of the housing.
