The unit consists of a console containing a keyboard send/receive unit, transmitter distributor, and reperforator. It has the capabilities of preparing and editing off-line teletype messages as well as performing normal send/receive teletype functions. Printing is accomplished by the contact of a 5 X 7 dot matrix printing head with termal paper.
