Abstract

The manual provides the information necessary to properly install, operate, and service the 4 or 8 channel Pulse Morse Code Modulation (PMCM) Data Acquisition System for Electronic Balloon-Borne Scientific Instrumentation, hereafter referred to as the DAS-30B. The all electronic DAS-30B eliminates the mechanical stopping switches used for input signal commutation and output code serializing that were used in the earlier version PMCM system, model DAS-30.
