The Wrapping of Fibrous Composite Materials Using Additional Pressure,

Abstract

The feasibility of compacting reinforced plastics by the application of additional pressure was studied, and intervals were established in which the use of additional pressure becomes rational. The effect of this industrial technique on the value of the initial stresses arising in wrapped construction materials within the interval of relative thicknesses k = 1.0-1.15 was investigated.
