Models, Simulations, and Games: A Survey

Abstract

The report consists of a detailed survey the authors conducted on 132 models, simulations, and games (MSGs) currently used in the DOD. The survey questionnaire elicited (1)information on the purposes, production, operation, uses, and costs of MSGs and (2) respondents' opinions about several hypothetical innovations in the gaming profession.
