Voluntary International Coordination

Abstract

The VIC project has three functions: Promotion of convergence among quantitative international affairs projects on theoretical priorities for data generation and modeling, variable definitions, coding rules, and data quality control; purchase of a small number of data sets to stimulate data generation; and development of computer-based models for conflict modeling and management.
