Colloquim on 'Microwave Transistors'.

Abstract

A report is made on a one-day symposium concerned with the design, modelling and fabrication of microwave transistor devices. The program was designed for the specialist in this field and, in general, the eleven papers reported were essentially current status reports of the areas covered. (Author)
