Management, Ethics and the Military Chaplin.

Abstract

The central theme is the examination of the Bible with a view to ascertaining what guidance it provides concerning the use of management principles by the military chaplain. A consideration of the ethical implications of these principles is made from a theistic viewpoint. Justification is developed for the rationale that military chaplains should integrate these principles in their work. A practical approach toward the principles of management is suggested and the moral implications of their application is studied. (Author)
