Should We Automate Tactical Command and Control.

Abstract

The question of whether or not the Army should attempt to apply the techniques of atuomation to command and control of tactical force deserves considerstion. Based on a search of literature and personal interviews with knowledgeable individuals, the rationale for such a program was determined. (Modified author abstract)
