Manpower Programs and Policies of the United States Education and Training Versus Job Creation.

Abstract

A case study makes an analysis of the existing and proposed manpower programs of the United States with specific attention to two broad components. These are education/training and public service employment sometimes called job creation. Information contained in this work was obtained through library research. Some major conclusions are drawn.
