A Basic Approach to Evaluating and Predicting VP Crew Performance.

Abstract

A basic approach to the problem of evaluating or predicting a crew' performance for the VP community is presented. The method uses an application of multiple regression analysis techniques to a model which has training parameters as its variables. The results would allow the squadron or wing commanding officer to predict a crew's performance before the actual flight and to determine how to allocate training time for the squadron. (Author)
