The Structure Analysis of Beta-Rhombohedral Boron,
Abstract
A complete analysis of the structure of beta-rhombohedral boron, beta-B(105) is given. The possibilities of substitutional atoms, partial occupancies and local disorders in framework sites and in interstitial sites are discussed and detailed bonding parameters are presented. (Author)
