Excitation of Multispan Plates in a Random Acoustical Field,

Abstract

Random vibrations of an infinite-span plate on rigid supports during cylindrical bending is studied. It is assumed that the external pressure field is a time-space random function, stationary in time and uniform with respect to the space coordinate. Damping caused by internal friction in the material of the plate is considered. A numerical example is given. (Author)
